Help Desk sidebar: permanently show dependent properties when selected

I have set up dependent properties so that when you select a Product Group (e.g. Alpha), a separate list of products shows for each group (e.g. Product (Alpha)):
However, once you've selected the dependent property and clicked Save, you can't see the dependent property anymore on the sidebar card, so you lose visibility of that information - you can only see the parent property, Product Group, and not the dependent Product (Alpha):
Is it possible to change the view behaviour so that if a dependent property comes up because of another property being set, it remains visible on the sidebar?
