Help Desk sidebar: permanently show dependent properties when selected

I have set up dependent properties so that when you select a Product Group (e.g. Alpha), a separate list of products shows for each group (e.g. Product (Alpha)):

However, once you've selected the dependent property and clicked Save, you can't see the dependent property anymore on the sidebar card, so you lose visibility of that information - you can only see the parent property, Product Group, and not the dependent Product (Alpha):

Is it possible to change the view behaviour so that if a dependent property comes up because of another property being set, it remains visible on the sidebar?

@Jigar_ThakkerI don't understand what you mean by setting up "conditional logic for properties". I know how to set up conditional logic for properties, but that is not what your screenshot is showing. It appears that you simply added the conditional property to a separate card and made the card conditional on the parent property. If that is your suggestion, that is exactly what @ebrr22 said they did not want to do, and I agree... having a conditional card does not resolve the issue at hand.  Please let me know if I misunderstood.

You're right that the dependent property isn't visible in the helpdesk view after selecting a value, with only the parent property showing. To enhance visibility and usability, I recommend customizing the right sidebar in the helpdesk. By setting up conditional logic for the properties, both the parent and dependent properties will remain visible after selection. This will improve your workflow and make it easier to manage your data. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance.
