Granting Permissions

Hi All,

I was wondering which part of settings should my boss look for to give me access to this part of the automation process. (Please see phot)

I want to be able to automate sending an email whenever a ticket goes to "NEW"

Thank you so much. just to make sure the automated email will not be applied to emails sent on "inbox" and ONLY on "tickets" right?

Hi @CBorreros,

If you have enabled the option to create tickets from all incoming emails then this automated email would be sent for each new ticket. As long as HubSpot can associate sent and incoming messages to the same email thread, it would not create a new ticket. Only for new incoming messages.

Hi @CBorreros,

You should be able to create these emails once an admin grants you marketing email permissions.
