Follow up email to ticket submissionsSOLVE

Hi! I wanted to send a follow-up email to my contacts who submit tickets. When I go to the settings in "Follow-up" it says my email has been suspended and I don't know how that happened. I just created that email I'm using last month. I hope somebody can help with this. Thank you!
