Follow up email to ticket submissions

Hi! I wanted to send a follow-up email to my contacts who submit tickets. When I go to the settings in "Follow-up" it says my email has been suspended and I don't know how that happened. I just created that email I'm using last month. I hope somebody can help with this. Thank you!

hope you are doing great.

Sometimes when hubspots detects a high bounce rate for your emails

it gets "suspended" if this persiste,

I'd recommend you to talk to support directly and they can help you "reset" this.
