Filtering Inbound Emails To Assign To An Existing Ticket?

Is there a way to have HubSpot look at inbound emails and associate them with an existing ticket by some sort of filter/pattern matching?
For example: HS receives an email with Purchase Order #12345, it then automatically associates that email with a preexisting ticket named called Purchase Order #12345.
At this time there is no was for the system to recognize if the incoming e-mail can be associated to a ticket.
