Files Not Showing File Usage

We recently internalized our website management and are cleaning out our Hubspot files, because they are a bit of a mess. I've recently run into an issue where some files are being listed as having no usage when they are actually currently active on the website. It looks like these files are displayed in custom modules inside of group fields. I was wondering if there was any way to make these files show their usage to make cleaning out unused files easier and eliminate accidentally deleting important files.

 @BérangèreL here is a screenshot of one of our image files that is currently live on the website. Most of the time when we have a file live on the website, the page it is used on is listed under file usage. Below is an example of another live file, that does accuratley show its usage. 

From what I can tell, when images that are live are used in certain custom modules we have, they do not have accurate usage. I want to fix this so that the file in my first screenshot has the page it's used on listed in its file usage like in my second screenshot.
