Feedback on Inactive Ticket Appearances

Love that you are delivering new features to HubSpot on such a regular cadence.  I wanted to pass some feedback along on the new inactive tickets being grayed out feature.  While I find this feature useful, I think it would be more useful if it was abstracted into a way for everyone to apply background colors to tickets in the card view based on workflows.  That would significantly increase the number of use cases and give the power to the customer to customize as they see fit (which is how the rest of your platform appears to function).   Also, What if customer A and Customer B have a different definition of "Inactive".  One might be 1 day and the other might be 3 days.  I'm a little surprised that you decided this for us.
