Feature to have conditional fields to remain expanded when saved.

Hi,

We are finding an issue with the fact that when you select conditional fields that once saved, they collapse. 

The only way to get them back is to change the controlling field to another option and then change it back to see the conditional fields.

This is not great for customer service teams as its not intuitive at all and can waste time when looking for basic triage information that the team has recorded.

There should be an option to allow the conditional fields to remain expanded and not auti collapse when saved.
