Hi @JMcCarrick,

 

As you noticed, this is currently not possible. You could request this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

 

These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand.

 

However, I believe that the helpdesk is a big focus of the product team and exporting tickets probably already on their roadmap. It was only recently launched and given a few weeks or months, we'll likely see an export feature.

 

For now, you can work around that by creating and exporting ticket views, or creating and exporting ticket reports. That would give you access to the same data.
