Everytime a customer replies to a ticket a new ticket is created.

Everytime a customer replies to a ticket thread a new ticket is created, can anyone help?

Hi @FVlog ,

Replying to a ticket thread means there is already a ticket, can't fig out the reason. You are on free version means you don't have any workflow set up too. 
Please check the associated contact/company activity.  And if possible share the screen shot here... Hope can fig out sonething from there.

Hi @webdew,

 

Thank you for your solution but I am still finding a solution to the problem with the help of the HubSpot team. I think there is an error in the system when it receives thread replies.

If you found the solutuion could you share it? 

 

Recently HB is also creating new tickets if the client is replying to an answer we have given. We had it before, ut somehow it was fixed for unknown reason. We have the same issue again.
