Error redirection link 'preview on website' link in forms

I am being sent to the wrong website when I click on the link the 'preview on website' in forms. How can I change that?

What exactly are the steps you are following to preview the form? Is this in a specific viewport, all the forms or one in specific?   

Having the name of the specific form and steps you follow can help me to see how it looks the same behaviour on my end.
