Error "An application with that name already exists" preventing update of app with no

Trying to publish a new version of our app where the only change is enabling advanced scope settings, no other changes made. Unable to save the changes due to the error message "An application with that name already exists" preventing us clicking the button. However, we're not changing the app name from the app name we already have. How can we resolve this issue?

Thanks for the reply @kennedyp! All resolved now; just deleted the listing of the old version of our app, which resolved the app name conflict. Not sure how we published the new app with the same name in the first place, but all works now in any case!

Do you get the same error when making these changes in an incognito window?
