Emails to the Team Email Channel dont pop up in Conversations Inbox
Hi!
I have a problem that the emails sentto the Team Email Channel (“Connect a company email address such as sales@mycompany.com or etc.”) dont pop up in Conversations Inbox. I set up this channel via Settings-Tools-Inboxes-Channels-Connect a Channel-Team Email. "Treat incoming conversations as support tickets" ist turned on. Ticket Pipeline is Support Pipeline.
If you need more details, please let me know. I am still at Free Plan, before I setup everything, then I switch immediately to a Starter (first).
I wanted to ask which email provider your email is hosted with?
The Conversations tool currently only supports emails that are hosted with Office 365 or Google. If your inbox isn’t hosted with Office 365 or Google, or you’re using a Google Groups account or an email alias, you'd need to select the "Other mail account" option when connecting an inbox to Conversations. This option requires that you set up email forwarding in your inbox by following the steps in this help article.
An unsupported email provider and missing email forwarding config are the most common reasons why emails might not be showing up in Conversations.

P.S. I have connected 3 Inboxes. Below I see only one "HubSpot fallback email" - and I cannot set it as one of the Inboxes. Here a question - Is it possible to set up 3 Fallback emails so that we can answer from a corresponding email? I mean, e.g. if somebody sent us an email to legal@test.com (Inbox), then we will also answer from Hubspot App from the same address legal@test.com. Not I cant find an option for this. Thx!
