I'm trying to report on how many emails are contained within a ticket but I seem to be drawing a blank.
I've got this far and then I can't seem to figure out how to break it down further. Am I missing something or is this another thing HubSpot can't show?

Hi @squigglebit,
You don't even necessarily have to go the route of multiple data sources: There is a ticket property called Number of times contacted (the number of times that calls were made to associated contacts, emails were sent to associated contacts, and meetings were set with associated contacts. This is set automatically by HubSpot based on the timeline in the contact record.)
Does that help? Let me know!

I can see the property, but it still seems to be returning the same visualization. Am I over complicating it?
I just need a report that shows each ticket and the number of times contacted within it.

Hi @squigglebit,
What exactly is wrong about the visualization?
Best regards

It's not giving me a per ticket breakdown just a total per ticket owner
Thursday
Hi @squigglebit,
When you add any field that is unique to a ticket (ticket name, ticket ID), you should get the visualization you're looking for.
Best regards!

hmmm tried that and it's showing all the tickets with either 0 or 1 count of contact, when there's considerably more emails held within some of the tickets
Thursday
Hi @squigglebit,
Have you clicked the count to verify whether those tickets have more than 0 or 1? Also, have you tried sorting the visualization by count to see tickets with more than 1 email?
Best regards!

Yep tried both of those.

Hi @squigglebit,
For troubleshooting, I need a bit more detail 😉
I assume that the counts do not match what you're seeing on the ticket record? In that case, that might be a bug and I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support.
Best regards
