Email signature still shows old signature on emails

I am trying to update my email signature within HubSpot, and cannot seem to get it to work. Here is what I've done along with the outcome.

 

- Replaced old email signature and saved, as normal

- Sent emails still have old signature

- Deleted signature, saved, waited 10 min, populated new signature, saved

- Sent emails still have old signature

- Switched to HTML, no odd or extraneous code, saved. Switched back to simple. Saved.

- Sent emails still have old signature

- Deleted cache and cookies from browser

- Sent emails still have old signature

- Waited overnight to see if it was just a delay

- Sent emails still have old signature

 

Please send help, I'm so frustrated.

Interesting dilemma @SHARProgramDir 

Just to confirm two things:

  1. Where in HubSpot are you making those signature updates?
  2. Where in HubSpot are you sending your emails?

So sending from the inbox has it's own signature settings, make sure to check these.

For sending one to one emails from the contact record, do the following:

  • Update the email signature
  • Log out
  • Log in

That works for me.

Sending emails from inbox, and also attempted sending directly from a contact's record.

So sending from the inbox has it's own signature settings, make sure to check these.

For sending one to one emails from the contact record, do the following:

  • Update the email signature
  • Log out
  • Log in
