Email response uses email different to assigneeresolver

When the assigned user replies to an email through the conversation email inbox, our responses are sent and logged from a different user...
So, Natasha was assigned the conversation/ticket and when she replied, it was logged as my action, and the email was sent from me....
How can I change the settings so that the user who responds is logged correctly?
