Email response uses email different to assignee

Hi,

When the assigned user replies to an email through the conversation email inbox, our responses are sent and logged from a different user...

 

So, Natasha was assigned the conversation/ticket and when she replied, it was logged as my action, and the email was sent from me....

 

How can I change the settings so that the user who responds is logged correctly?

Hi @JennyBicknell,

 

You can send email responses uses any shared inbox email address in your portal. Depending on your subscription level, you may be limited to one shared inbox, meaning that the only inbox you can reply from through the conversations tool would be the one connected shared inbox.
