Email problems from HubSpot.

Hi everyone,
I think this CRM is very cool, but I'm trying to validate my account and I'm not receiving any emails from Hubspot, so I can not use this software and I really need it (maybe I'll upgrade this account). The resend button is not working either.
I'm checking my email hosting (a typical hosting with a cpanel) according to this documentation https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notificatio... and the hosting support people say that all IP and domains are permitted and passing through. I do not know what can i do. i deactivated all mail filters and nothing seems to work.
can somebody help me?

Are you still experiencing this issue? I am seeing emails to your portal and user as successfully delivered and clicked.
