Email from tickets

Is there a way to get all the email addresses tied to contacts that have service tickets that are "not closed"?

What tier are you on? If you have access to lists you could create an active list that uses ticket status open as an enrollment critera, then export that list once it has the collumns you need.

 

This may or may not work, I don't work in the CS Suite so I can't be sure but the list logic should be consistant across products.
