Email conversation : can we have more than one shared email?
We are four in the team and already have our email adresses that we use to contact our clients. The conversations tool is really usefull to track the inbox and outbox related to one email...but is there a way to add more than one email?
That would allow each of us to see the emails of everyone in the team and give the opportunity to someone to answer in place of another team member being not available.
Could you please tell me if this is possible?
