Easiest way to notify specific single Hubspot users, not teams, of a new ticket?

SOLVE

Hi @JJonker,

The easiest way to do so would be ticket automation: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/automate-ticket-pipelines#custom-automation-actions-ba...

The workflow action to add in pipeline automation would be 'Send internal email notification'. In that action, you can specify whichever recipient you'd like to receive the email.

Have a look at the documentation and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Agreed, that certainly looks as the ideal and logical solution. However, we are not on the required license level to use automation, so I was looking for a manual action that you can add to a new ticket, with which you can notify certian persons. Something similar to using @ mentions in comments on company record notes, for example.

@JJonker the easiest way to do so would be via a note 🙂 https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/manually-log-activities-on-records

@JJonker if manual options are fine, then yes, tagging someone with @ is probably the best way to go.
