I was told last week since I went from a Paid account to a free account I had to fill out a special form. I was given the link last week and I did do the request, yet they haven't been deleted. Do you know how long before they will be?
Hi @Meverett25 -- I want to hop in here to clarify. Typically the form is to request a Sequence deletion. Your Sequence deletion request was already processed. By Templates, are you referring to Sales Templates? These can only be deleted from your end of the account:
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Library > Templates.
To delete an individual template, hover over the template, click Actions, then select Delete. To delete multiple templates, select the checkboxes next to the templates you want to delete, then click Delete at the top of the table.
In the dialog box, click Delete template(s).
Please note:private templates can only be deleted by the user who created them or a super admin with a paid seat.

I had a previous paid account. I am the only seat and the super admin as I am the only employee. I was told that I can not just go in and delete my templates. I was first told to go in and submit a request to have support delete them. I submitted and a week later they were still there. I then again got on to chat with a rep and they informed me that I had to go to Hubspot Community and request to delete my templates. I did and still going now on 2 weeks and the templates are not deleted. It will not allow me to delete templates, as I said I have already been told that it must be done through support, or whomever is in charge of deleting templates from a previous paid account. Trying to get help with deleting them.
Thanks for that context! I apologize for your experience back and forth. The Community request is to delete Sequences (these use Templates). Templates can be deleted from the account as outlined here: Delete HubSpot Sales Templates
Any private templates can only be deleted by the user who created them or a super admin with a paid seat, so it sounds like you have the right permissions! No paid account required.
Do you see the option to delete once you select the checkboxes next to the folders and templates?

I did the request form and reached out through here as directed by the customer service/sales team. I appreciate any help you are able to give.

It may take some time for the request to be processed, as HubSpot's support team typically handles template deletions manually after receiving a form request.
