Hello, as the title says, I want to know if we can edit the ticket section in the inbox, where we create the ticket if there is no one already linked to the contact. We want to put a customized section of a ticket layout (listing our custom properties for ticket nd not the standard one) created by us and possily, to hide the standard layout.

If you want to change the properties that your team sees when creating tickets in your conversations inbox, you can do so under Settings > Objects > Tickets:
Click the Manage button and you can select your properties.
