Customize Record Changes Not Populating to Record Page
解決
I'm trying to customize the forms/records that will show when I open a ticket, but I'm getting an error message and the forms are not showing. How do I get this to work? I've had success doing this for the Deals object, but no luck here. Here are some pics of the issue and my settings:
Based on the screenshots you shared you are in a ticket record called Test that has associated object CRM cards. These are, as I explained earlier, attempting to display information of associated tickets (as per your other screenshot). Associated record cards will display only, they can't be edited, and will only display information when the corresponding record is associated.
Please take some time to read this article which outlines the types of CRM cards you can create. It sounds to me that a property list card is the one you will need for your use case.

I might off, but you it looks like you are in a ticket building an associated object card?
Are you associating tickets to other tickets? Not seeing anything would indicate no other ticket is associated to the ticket you are looking at, hence no information is being populated.

Thanks for your reply. I'm in a Ticket card i've labelled "Test". I added some custom fields in the "Customize Record" feature and assigned the right team to it. My expectation was that I would be able to go into a new or existing ticket and be able to fill in those custom fields I created. The problem is, all I get is this error and it won't let me enter any information into the ticket. Thoughts on what may be going on here?
