Custom views and ticket types

SOLVE

I would love the ability to have ticket types and multiple options of custom views for tickets based on the ticket type. We use tickets for proactive work (projects and onboarding) as well as reactive work. I have 3 ticket pipelines and each of these need to see different information. It would be extreamely usefull to to segregate the tickets to suit

SOLVE

I think you can set up Dependant Properties for each pipleine by using conditional logic on the edit ticket form page.   I have 2 separate pipleines with different dependant properties for each pipeline.   in my case i base the dependent fields on the Pipeline choice.

Thanks for you reply @karstenkoehler . This is essentially what i am after but in the middle bar. Can this be achieved? When i spoke to support they told me it was not possible at all so this is a step closer than what i was told

Hi @SarahHerbage,

 

If you're referring to the left ticket sidebar, then this can be achieved with conditional sections: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-record-sidebars#make-a-record-sidebar-sectio...

 

If you're referring to the ticket listing page, you would have to create custom saved views, with different columns, filters and sorting corresponding to your requirements: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-records-and-save-views

 

Once saved, they appear as tabs for quick and easy access.
