We recently received a mail from a client that his email had been hacked and that he had sent phishing emails. We want to be able to create custom labels for companies/contacts so that my colleagues can easily see that this contact is flagged and that they have to be extra careful with all received communications from them. We tried doing this ourselves but can't find any good visible solutions. Does anyone have suggetions for how they have fixed this question themselves.
Hi @karstenkoehler Thank you for your quick reply. We had looked at this option aswell but we are afraid it isnt visible and obvious enough and my colleagues work mostly from tickets so when they open the ticket this won't show up as it will only show up in the contact field.
