Creating tickets with forminator

Hi,
I'm trying to set up a ticket system through forminator.
Tickets are created, and customers are created too as contacts.
The problem is that tickets and contacts are not assigned together.

What i'm doing wrong?

Hey @tensaiguru

I personally don't have experience with Forminator as this is a non-HubSpot native integration. I've been investigating and I've found this thread on their website.

I'd recommend reaching out to their Support team, as they would have a better understanding of what are the possible issues.
