On Hubspot Service, on the ticket board page, when I create a view, how can I make sure all the team see the exact same view if I change it?
I know a member of my team can add my saved views to their board. But if I make any changes to that view, e.g. which columns appear and what filters are used, it doesn't update it for them.
I need to make sure that all the support specialists in my team have the same views at the same time and we also have outsourced support teams and I can't request that they update the filters on their view every time I do.
How can I make sure the views are the same for all support reps?

If you created these views, change them and then save them again they should update for everyone else who uses the same view. It's one of the reasons to have saved views so certain teams and groups of people work off the same information.
Are you saving the view as public or for the team(s) in question?

That's good to be able to update the views and the updates should reflect for everyone. Regular team meetings to review views is also a good idea, but not practical for our outsourced support team, where we need to simply provide what they need to get the job done each day. With this in mind, is there a way to preset which views they see?
