Creating Filters, based on number of contacts
SOLVEApr 30, 2019 6:28 PM
I have created a saved filter that has the contact owner and the number of times the lead/contact has been contacted, however, it doesn't seem to work. I am trying to find all leads that I haven't contacted. It is coming up with some, but if I put a test lead in the contacts, it doesn't come up even if it meets the criteria of my filters.

Gotcha ... you'll want to confirm that you're expecting ...
- Number of times contacted == the total number of times a Contact was sent a sales email or called. - see HubSpot's default contact properties
- Number of times contacted View Filter only shows Contacts where Number of times contacted IS KNOWN.
Regarding "Number of times contacted" == blank ...
You want to use the 'IS UNKNOWN' filter criteria.
