Create Ticket via Browser Bookmark

I'm looking to speed up and templatize the ticket creation process.

 

Is there a way I can create a browser bookmark that, with one click, will open the ticket creation tray in the appropriate pipeline?

This is not possible at this stage, however, you could bookmark the Tickets Home page that should speed up a little the process.
