Copy call notes to ticket description?
Hello,
We use Vonage and the Vonage Integration Suite. We log calls in the Vonage interface and they automagically appear in HubSpot, both on the Contact record, and under Contacts > Calls.
I've created a HubSpot Workflow that automatically creates a ticket when a call is logged.
I would like to be able to copy the call notes to the ticket description, but haven't been able to figure that out.
Call notes:
Ticket description:
Choose Action > Copy Property Value would seem to be the obvious choice, but I can't find a relevant property.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
