Conversations not linking to ticket

Hi 

When we are reciving repsonses against a ticket which is appearing in the inbox however its not linking to the original ticket. Can anyone advise what I am missing please?

 

below is an example email in the inbox

When i view the ticket the association isnt there

Can you tell us a bit more about how your Conversations inbox and Tickets are configured? 

How do you create tickets in HubSpot – manually or automatically with workflows or a HubSpot form? You can see different ways how tickets can be created in this Knowledge base article.

 

I also wanted to refer you to this article which dives deeper into how records are associated in HubSpot.
