Conversation inbox fills with spam

We had conversations turned on for a while, but have shut it off. However, we're getting email spam every day through our conversation in-box. Spam bots are bcc'ing our conversations email address. 


The easiest solution is to turn off the inbox altogether. However, if real users want to contact us through that email address, we will have to manually import them into Hubspot. Is there another workaround that anyone has tried to eliminate spammy emails into conversations?

By default the conversations inbox pulls in all emails. You can set up filters and rules to assist with what content that is pulled into the inbox.
