Conversation audio notifications

SOLVE

Hello! My team has noticed just recently there are 'bubble' types of audio sounds that happen when we (support staff) posts a comment to a user in the conversations tool. Anyone know how to manage those? I've been digging through the notifications options and didn't come across one for that.

Thank you!

Hey @SMcMurtrey

you can try turning off the sound notifications for Desktop in settings

here is where you can do that

Hi @SMcMurtrey from what I've found, it isn't possible to modify the settings for the "bubble" sound that happens when a new reply is added to live chat.

There aren't any notification setting options for the live chat audio.

You could add it to the ideas discussion so the product team can consider adding more options/settings related to audio for live chat. If you share the link back here, I'd be happy to upvote.

Hello! Thanks for responding.....and yes I've looked at these notifications. However It's not so much getting a notification they don't like here. It's the 'bubbly' sound that goes along with sending a comment/message to a client in the conversations inbox. Thank you!
