Confirmation in service hub

We are currently reviewing Hubspot. We currently use a system that automatically sends a confirmation with reference ID to the customer if they send us an e-mail. We have configured a mailbox and tickets are being imported in the service hub. How can we configure the hub so that it will automatically sends an email to the customer with the reference and scope for a reaction time frame?

Hi Damien - I just posted about workflows and automation in the ticket pipeline - we have been using deal stages for a year now and the functionality there is better than the Service Hub currently. 

I dont think the functionality is there for the customers to view tickets and ticket status for themselves....

You could create a field that your team populates with an ID and automatically send an email populated with that fields information against this action... however I wouldn't at this stage rely on the functionality of workflows within the service hub.....
