Cloning Templates does not close Sharing Settings

When you clone a email it defaults to sharing with everyone. 

 

We have a lot of users so I only create templates in appropriate folders and team based sharing to reduce clutter.

 

It's rather inconvenient cloning templates and having to manually adjust sharing settings as it's not availbe from template editing pop up.

Hi @PamCotton 

I made an example template here that is only shared with Developers

However when I clone it the sharing settings default to Everyone

This means instead of an easy 1 or 2 click clone the process is actually: 

  1. click the drop down menu
  2. click clone
  3. select folder (I like the option but would have expected it to default to the same folder not no folder)
  4. click save 
  5. click the drop down menu
  6. click "manage sharing"
  7. click "specific users or teams"
  8. select appropriate users or teams
  9. save
