Chatflow on Multiple Domains

Is it possible to set up a different Chatflow for multiple domains? We have a few websites, all with different branding and we would like to set up a Chatflow that is specific to each website.

Welcome to the Community!

 

Answering your question, yes you are able to set up different Chatflows for Multiple Domains.

You will need to create a new chatflow for each domain and insert it in "Target" where the live chat should appear.

If the Websites are hosted outside of HubSpot, you will need to ensure that our Tracking code in installed.
