Chatflow not appearing on landing page

I have created a Chatflow bot based on the Customer Agent.  The Chatflow shows correctly on my Knowledge Base page, but it does not show on my landing page.

My landing page is generated in HubSpot.

The landing page (does not show) lives on https://client.prokon.com/

The knowledge Bage (shows) lives on https://client.prokon.com/knowledge

The display rules are set to display for WHEN Website URL contains client.prokon.com

@ChristoV looks good to me. Are you on a paid subscription and could reach out to HubSpot support directly in-app, via chat or email?

Hi @karstenkoehler,

Thank you for the quick response.  For all the items mentioned, not can explain why the chatflow works on https://client.prokon.com/knowledge and not https://client.prokon.com/

Regarding the troubleshoot:

1. Make sure the tracking code is installed - My page is hosted in HubSpot, so I assume the tracking code is not needed.

2. Turn the chatflow on - Yes. It works on my knowledge base page.

3. Clear your browser cache - Yes.  Also tried in private window.

4. Review your targeting rules - I assume this is correct.  It is set to: WHEN Website URL contains client.prokon.com

5. Check chat availability settings.  Yes.  Again I assume if my page shows correctly for my knowbase page, it should be correct.

6. Check chatflow prioritization.  Yes.  I only have one Chatflow

7. Unexpected chatflow appears.  Not applicable

8. Tracking cookies.  I have not associate the Chatflow with contacts.
