The way the chat widget works might not be how everyone wants to use it, as you are limited in how you trigger the chatbox or the widget to appear.
The user can always be on the URL, but what if you want to make the chatbox appear when the user takes action?
For example, when they need help, they click a button (element), and then the chat widget appears.
This only works for a marketing website but not a web app. You don't want to always show the widget on the web app as this will get in the way of obscuring the other objects on the web app.
Unless someone came up with an idea that I don't know about, this issue seems to be going way back, we can flood this community with the same problem if you like.
