Chatflow Lead Tracking

Hi @AppuMurugan,

Thank you for posting in the Community 🙂

What do you want to track exactly from the chatflow, please?
Which data do you want to see on the Contact page?

The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

I found this similar post "Chatbot Attribution - How can I find 'leads' that converted via a specific 'chat flow'?" from @DChepik that can help you!

I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: @GRajput@deepikaverma, and @CateDuarte: do you have any suggestions to help @AppuMurugan, please?

Thanks a lot!

Have a great day!

Chatflow Lead Tracking

Hi @AppuMurugan,

You could find these contacts via a list and Activity properties:

Once you have this list, you can also go to Menu > Contacts > Contacts, click Advanced filters and filter a contact view by List membership and select the list above.

Best regards!

Chatflow Lead Tracking

Hey @karstenkoehler! Thanks.

Wouldnt this include contacts created by forms with any conversation session afterwards?

If it does, I would recommend exploring something like this. Ideally on a workflow for new leads. Then store "bot" in your prefered property:
