How we can can extend the  visual look and feel of Chatbot. means text message , dropdown, boxes etc

For live chat, this is how you can set the look and feel: loom
How to create live chat? In a chatbot, you can send text , messages or ask questions to the visitor, based on which you can add further actions: loom
