We use the Slack integration to get notified on incoming support chats, and several developers who are not regular Hubspot users handle tickets direct from Slack.
Yesterday, Hubspot upgraded the Slack integration and since then, the conversations come through without any in the conversation:
Before the integration, both parties in the conversation would be displayed with their name and avatar.
Anyone else seeing this? Seems like a regression to me...

Hubspot have fixed the issue: you need to reconnect your Slack app, but now it's working for me.

I had a look and I cannot find a similar issue internally or in the community. I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
