Chat Bot submits Support Tickets under wrong email
We are using the Chat Bot to submit support tickets, while this works most of the time we are finding that in some cases a ticket is submitted with the wrong contact email attached.
For instance, User X submits a ticket from the chatbot, but User Y's email is attached as the submitter.
Both user X and Y are using different computers, emails, browsers, etc

I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter and have access to your account.
When you contact our support team, I would recommend sharing examples of contacts who didn't meet the desired criteria in addition to your chatbot setup.
