Change Email Fonts when "View Full Message"

Hi there, 

we are new to Hubspot.

So far i cannot find any option nor Post / Discussion where i can change the font for the email, when viewed in "View Full Message" witch is of importance for long emails, especcially with a lot of screenshots. 

I am looking forward for your answers!

Hi, 

I am talking especially of customer mails. Therfore i do not have any change to change their design. Anyway i would find it very unprofessional if we had to tell them these things. I am also happy with any other solution. Is there a possibility to download the mail an open it with the lokal mail browser instead of chrome or the used browser?

Hey @OliverKr, It seems like you're looking for a solution where you can view emails with their original formatting. 

Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn't provide a direct way to download and open emails in a local mail browser.

I would highly recommend you to please post this idea at our ideas forum (here).

Currently, the font styling for the "View Full Message" view in emails isn't customizable through HubSpot settings. The font is determined by the platform rendering the email, such as the recipient's email client or browser.

To improve readability, you could optimize your email design by using clear font choices in the email editor itself and ensuring screenshots are well-placed.
