Cannot enable team inboxes (Checkmark status reverts to off)

No matter what I try, I can't get my team inboxes to send mail correctly. Status is permanently off. When I enable it and refresh it is disabled.
I've tried deleting my account, addint a new team email, removing that team email, adding my own email etc. I believe the problem may exist with the inbox itself, but I can't delete and re-add it because it's locked. That particular inbox was created by user "Unknown"
