Cannot Connect to my work email.

Hello,

Im trying to log into my outlook email account for work under the email settings in the profile and preferences tab and I keep getting the below error message when trying to connect. Could I receive some assistance with this please and thank you!

you should delete cache and try again make sure your email should be verified
