I am trying to change the inbox on a currently created support form without creating a new one, i might not know how but it seems more or less impossible without creating a new one (you cannot clone it either) which does not seem like the optimal way, i would definitely reccommend being able to change this in the future if it isnt possible OR making it a lot more visible/intuitive if it is already possible.
And at least make it more obvious when creating a ticket that this is the current functionality, we have a client that would really like not to create their forms again.
Hey @MaltheOARadiant where is it you're trying to connect this? You should be able to remove a form from your inbox via settings > inboxes then hovering over your form clicking options > delete.
Then if you navigate to the inbox you want to connect this to and click on connect a channel > Forms you should be able to choose this form from the dropdown and continue using the button on the bottom right.
