Can you customize ticket categories with the free version?

SOLVE

Right now when someone creates a ticket they're given the options for:


Product Issues

Billing Issue

Feature Request

General inquiry


Can you customize these and then create sub-categories?

Hi @LauraBarger,

 

 Yes, you can update the ticket categories.

 

For a sub-category, you'd have to create a new custom property which could be a dropdown as well. You can then add this sub-category to your view on the left side and choose each time a new ticket is created.

 Yes, you can update the ticket categories.

Hey @Josh 
I have the same ask as Laura - Im coming from a tradition ticketing background and finding it difficult to adjust to HS support and would love if someone form HS could just show me exactly how to set up ticket categories using custom priorities. Is this someithing you can help with? Thanks!
