Can't log into outlook for mac (latest)

I try to log into the Hubspot plugin. I put in my 2factor authentication code. i get "There was a problem logging you in with two-factor authentication
This could be due to a web browser issue. Please read this article for more info.""

There is no web browser. I have also tried disabling MFA and just getting the email code but that doesn't seem to wrok either. 

I have gone through the effort of removing the plugin, rebuilding my profile, and all of that.

Hey @MrV2 - thanks so much for posting in the Community!

A couple of things to clarify:

-A web browser refers to the Internet window you're using for the extension (i.e. Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.
-Can you please confirm which browser you're using?
-Can you please confirm whether or not this behavior continues when trying the same steps in an incognito window?
