Today I opened my HubSpot account to do the usual work, but suddenly I found out that I can't create any ticket for any contact. I wrote in every requeired box and nothing happened. No messages has been shown or anything, just the "create" box stands still with a white color and I couldn't make any ticket. Does anyone know the soultion for this problem please?
Would you mind trying to clear your cache following those steps, as well as trying with another browser and with an incognito window?
If this is still happening, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
Thank you @SMakhoul, very strange. I assume you've tried filling all available fields already? Are you on a paid subscription and could reach out to HubSpot in-app technical support?

Could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing when you're trying to create a ticket? What happens when you hover over the "Create" button, are you seeing a tool-tip? Are you a super-admin in your portal?
