Can a service Ticket have a dollar amount associated with it?
SOLVE
We want to have a dollar amount associated with our tickets so we can see the amount lost in our retention tickets and be able to track quoting more efficiently. Is it possible to have this feature in the service hub?
Have you considered adding a custom number property (formatted as currency) and adjusting the ticket card accordingly? That would be the quickest way to solve this.
